Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched while maintaining accurate stock records.

A forklift license is required and a Class 3 driving license is advantageous. The position offers a basic monthly salary of 2,800–3,500 USD, 5.5-day work week, and a focus on work-life balance, safe procedures and timely local deliveries in East/North regions.

• Class 3 Driving License is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the warehouse
• Ensure goods are properly received, checked, stored, picked, packed and dispatched
• Maintain proper arrangement and organization of goods in the warehouse
• Ensure stock is stored safely and according to company requirements
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety and security
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are accurate
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages or damaged goods
• Plan and arrange daily local deliveries according to customer requirements and delivery schedules
• Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
