Virgo Laminates Pte Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

You will ensure proper organization and safety of stock, monitor inventory accuracy, and coordinate local deliveries to meet customer schedules. The role requires vigilance on cleanliness and security, and proactive communication to handle stock discrepancies and delivery delays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the warehouse
• Ensure goods are properly received, checked, stored, picked, packed and dispatched
• Maintain proper arrangement and organization of goods in the warehouse
• Ensure stock is stored safely and according to company requirements
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety and security
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are accurate
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages or damaged goods
• Plan and arrange daily local deliveries according to customer requirements and delivery schedules
• Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries

About the role

This role involves supervising and managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
