Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent operations assistant to support daily laundry plant operations and administration in Sembawang. You will coordinate production activities and handle customer orders from receipt to completion.

Full-time role with no prior experience required; training provided. Working 9am–5pm, six-day work week with rotating off day.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations and overall administration of the laundry plant.
• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to completion, addressing enquiries and resolving feedback promptly.
• Liaise with production teams, customers, and external vendors to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as assigned
