We are looking for a CSOC Manager who wants to learn and transform his career.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or related fields;
• 3+ years of experience managing SOC operations, cybersecurity services, or security project;
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, Incident Response, Threat Management, and Vulnerability Management;
• Experience in managing customer relationships, service delivery, and executive stakeholders;
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;
• Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments;
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, industry best practices, and security governance;
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive organizational change;
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Good to have:

• Experience leading MSSP, CSOC, or Cyber Defense Center operations;
• Knowledge of SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, or equivalent;
• Experience with Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance programs;
• Familiarity with Threat Intelligence, Security Automation, and SOAR platforms;
• Experience with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, ServiceNow, or workflow automation solutions;
• Experience leveraging AI and Generative AI technologies to improve cybersecurity operations;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Security Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies;
• Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and transformation programs;
• Knowledge of cloud security concepts across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud;
• Financial management, budget planning, and project portfolio management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SOC operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service quality objectives.
• Act as the primary cybersecurity contact for customers, conducting governance meetings and executive presentations.
• Manage major incidents, escalations, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop cybersecurity roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve customer security maturity.
• Lead cybersecurity projects, coordinating stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive innovation through Security Automation, AI-assisted Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, and SOC maturity initiatives.
• Support business growth by identifying and proposing new cybersecurity services and improvement opportunities.
