Growatt New Energy is seeking a Finance Supervisor / Senior Accountant for our Brazil operations in Santo André. You will oversee invoicing (Nota Fiscal), daily accounting, and tax compliance, coordinating with a local accounting vendor and coordinating with our China HQ.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/renewable energy, and fluency in English. Mandarin is a plus. Proficiency with SAP or ERP systems is highly valued.

• CRC certification preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in manufacturing, renewable energy, or cross-border trade.
• Fluent English mandatory; Mandarin a plus.
• Hands-on with invoicing, reconciliation, and tax compliance; ERP experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Invoicing & Operational Accounting: manage day-to-day invoicing (Nota Fiscal) for Brazil.
• SAP system dispatch monitoring, unbilled items reconciliation, and HQ data transmission.
• Coordinate with local accounting vendor for monthly closing and balance reconciliation per HQ standards.
• Tax Compliance & Internal Control: ensure compliance with Brazil tax regs (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, IOF).
• Develop and refine local financial workflows, monitor related-party transactions, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain relations with tax authorities and propose compliant tax-saving strategies.
• Business Partnering & HQ Communication: support sales/ops/after-sales with financial analyses.
• Serve as primary bridge between local operations, external vendors, and China HQ.

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Finance Supervisor / Senior Accountant to oversee our financial operations, tax compliance, and invoicing activities in Brazil. This role serves as a crucial bridge between our local operations, local accounting vendor, and Chinese Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing & Operational Accounting:
• Manage day-to-day invoicing activities (Nota Fiscal) for various business streams in Brazil.
• Monitor SAP system dispatch and unbilled items, reconcile weekly invoicing metrics, and ensure proper document archiving and transmission to HQ.
• Liaise with the local outsourcing accounting agency for monthly closing and balance reconciliation according to HQ standards.
• Tax Compliance & Internal Control:
• Ensure full compliance with Brazilian tax regulations (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, IOF, etc.).
• Establish and refine local internal financial workflows, monitor related-party transactions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain healthy relations with local tax authorities and propose compliant tax-saving strategies based on business needs.
• Business Partnering & HQ Communication:
• Partner closely with local sales, operations, and after-sales teams to provide financial support and analysis.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between local operations, external finance vendors, and China HQ.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines. CRC certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience, ideally within manufacturing, renewable energy, or cross-border trade sectors.
• Hands-on Mindset: Willing to manage operational tasks (invoicing, reconciliation) as well as higher-level compliance and reporting.
• Language Requirements:
• Fluent English is mandatory as a working language.
• Mandarin speaking/writing ability is a major plus.
• Deep understanding of Brazilian tax laws and invoicing types; hands-on experience with SAP or other main ERPs is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
