Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the main financial statements.
• Lead monthly and annual closings with the CFO.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian accounting and tax requirements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and support foreign exchange operations.
• Support inventory control, monthly inventory audits, and reconciliation of assets and liabilities.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to process improvements related to accounting, importation, and financial controls.

Overview

We are looking for a AccountantAnalyst to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is ideal for a professional with strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience with local compliance, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with global stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and manage the main financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow).
• Lead monthly and annual closings, including P&L reporting, in collaboration with the CFO
• Maintain accurate general ledger records, journal entries, and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian accounting, tax, and statutory requirements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing and reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and support foreign exchange operations
• Support inventory control, monthly inventory audits, and reconciliation of assets and liabilities
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial reports for internal management and external stakeholders
• Support internal and external audits
