Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to help build an elite, fast-moving team. You own the hiring process from start to finish, partnering directly with our leadership team to find top tier talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

This role is remote for candidates in Latin America or South Africa, requiring 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, a global perspective, and strong ATS skills.

Competenze

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting in tech, digital or creative agency.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
• Proficient with ATS and automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
