Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a highly proactive Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. You’re a brand ambassador and talent scout who partners with leadership to move fast in a remote, global environment.

You will source and engage talent across Latin America and beyond, maintain a warm bench, and ensure a seamless, Blacksmith-standard candidate experience while keeping hiring managers informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, preferably in tech, digital, or creative agency.
• Ability to own the hiring process end-to-end from intake to offer.
• Comfortable collaborating with leadership across time zones and cultures.
