The role emphasizes data, analytics, and Canva-based branding; experience across regions, including the U.S., is a plus.

• Lead the Brazil Talent Acquisition function end-to-end as the primary point of contact for hiring needs
• Own the regional recruiting process for Brazil, ensuring consistency with global TA framework
• Advise business leaders with data-driven insights, market intelligence and hiring recommendations
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes and scalability
• Develop dashboards and talent reports to inform leadership discussions
• Contribute to global HR and Talent initiatives focused on culture and development
• Drive local employer branding efforts and recruitment campaigns (e.g., Canva) to elevate Brazil presence
• Enhance recruitment operations by optimizing tools, workflows, and data accuracy in Workday and related platforms
• Recruit across multiple regions when needed; U.S. market experience is a plus

We’re looking for aTalent Acquisition Partnerto lead and elevate hiring for theBluehost Group, withfull ownership of the Brazil Talent Acquisition function. This role is both strategic and hands‑on – you’ll drive end‑to‑end recruitment, partner closely with leaders, and ensure that regional practices are aligned with our global talent strategy.

You’ll combine data, creativity, and business insight to build scalable recruiting processes, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver a world‑class candidate experience. As a key member of the global HR team, you’ll also contribute to cross‑functional people initiatives that shape the future of our culture and workforce.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Brazil Talent Acquisition function end‑to‑end, serving as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs – from workforce planning and stakeholder management to full‑cycle recruitment.
• Own the regional recruiting process for Brazil, ensuring consistency, alignment, and best‑practice sharing across the global Talent Acquisition framework.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, building strong partnerships and providing data‑driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Identify process gaps and opportunitieswithin the Brazil hiring landscape, driving continuous improvement and scalability while maintaining global standards.
• Use analytics to influence decisions, developing and interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and talent reports that inform hiring strategies and leadership discussions.
• Contribute to global HR and Talent initiatives, supporting broader programs focused on culture, performance, and organizational development.
• Drive local employer branding efforts, creating authentic and engaging campaigns (using tools like Canva) to elevate our presence in the Brazil market.
• Enhance recruitment operationsby optimizing tools, workflows, and data accuracy within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Recruit across multiple regionswhen needed – experience hiring in other markets, particularly theU.S., is a strong plus.
• 3+ years of experiencein Talent Acquisition, ideally within a global organization, leading end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Proven track record in full‑cycle recruitment, with experience hiring in multiple regions – experience with the U.S. market is a plus.
• Strategic and analytical mindset– comfortable using data, KPIs, and market insights to inform hiring strategies and influence stakeholders.
• Creative and innovative– able to develop compelling employer branding campaigns and recruitment content (e.g., using Canva) to attract top talent.
• Strong stakeholder management skills– able to advise and influence leaders at all levels, balancing business needs with talent strategy.
• Independent and resourceful– thrives in ambiguity, proactively solves problems, and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
• Bilingual in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS tools; comfortable troubleshooting and optimizing recruiting processes.
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian talent market, including sourcing strategies, hiring practices, and local employment trends.
• Collaborative mindset– able to work across global teams while owning regional processes and ensuring alignment with global best practices.
