Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruiting cycle across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy for a fast-moving team. You will act as a brand ambassador and talent scout, partnering directly with leadership to find top-tier candidates.

You will source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond, maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent, and ensure a seamless, respectful Blacksmith standard experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• Global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
