About the team/role

As a Commercial Planning Manager, you will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of our sales force. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and the global strategy department to define and execute key business objectives. Your focus will be on defining where we are going with the sales teams, understanding market trends, analyzing internal metrics, and building this together with key areas of the business such as Sales, Growth, and Logistics. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires a combination of data-driven decision-making, innovative thinking, and leadership skills to foster a culture of performance excellence.

  • Analytics: Using internal and external data to understand the food market and bring insights to our operations.
  • Innovation: Being extremely active in seeking and implementing new opportunities.
  • Defining commercial strategy: Understanding the company's direction and translating it into sales objectives.
  • Interpersonal relationships: Being close to the Marketing, Logistics, and Sales teams, interacting on a daily basis and having a growth mindset.
  • Creating and monitoring KPIs to see the business's evolution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analysis, strategy, go-to-market, or business performance.
  • Ability to create business monitoring indicators and be able to explain them to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to gain trust, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a data-driven analytical approach.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and positively leading initiatives and projects within your organization.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Previous experience in business planning, growth, or working in consulting firms is a plus.
