This internal role will act as a program advisor to critical strategic projects at a global level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a robust background in consulting or transformation management.

• Strategic Direction: Deep understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management and the ability to align team goals accordingly.
• Program Management: Extensive experience in managing large-scale programs, making impactful decisions, and driving successful outcomes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Strategic Programs Manager to join our Transformation Office. This internal role will act as a program advisor to critical strategic projects at a global level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a robust background in consulting or transformation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, shape, mobilize, and execute complex transformation journeys for key strategic programs.
• Ensure alignment and maximize value realization among program stakeholders through advanced stakeholder management techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders using a deep understanding of Accenture Priorities and Organization and Operating model.
• Coaching program and initiative teams, coordinating between key stakeholders and advising teams on best practices/lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional leadership and project management skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and Senior Stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in advanced program management or a similar role.
