This is a remote position but we are hiring only in Bogota.

What You Will Do
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation
  2. Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients (new strategies, GTM)
  3. Active research of our preferred industries and identify trends, openings and new markets
  4. Attend clients consulting sessions to understand their needs and tailor solutions
  5. Create & maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with your network in your designated territories
  6. Collaborate with our legal, delivery and engineering teams in translating, attending and drafting proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients
  8. Attend events, conferences, networking events
  9. Represent our company professionally (during in-person and online interactions)
  10. Own the potential client lifecycle; from the SDR team to full delivery with Delivery/Engineering teams
  11. Identify and communicate market trends, improvements, situations and others on a weekly basis
  12. Plan expansion and new revenue streams operations
  13. Travel to your designated territories to meet stakeholders, connections and network in person
Must Haves
  • 2+ years in consulting/product/project management/sales/client facing experience (can include HR, Recruiting or other external/internal client facing experience)
  • Charismatic, personable, with strong negotiation skills
  • Extremely self-motivated, comfortable in a high paced environment with high energy
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities
  • Ability to manage a monthly/yearly revenue quota
  • VISA/ESTA/ability to travel to the US
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced university student
  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in software or digital consultancy
  • Understanding of the US customer engagement and sales landscape
  • Experience selling professional IT services, understanding technical terminology
  • Experience developing SelfGen processes, strategy and training
