Team Overview
  • Ability to manage people and develop talents for succession;
  • Ownership mentality, identifying business pains, and proactively proposing solutions;
  • Having experience in commercial planning, knowledge of sales team incentive management and management results;
  • Having strong analytical skills, logical and mathematical reasoning.
Role Responsibilities
  • This position will be responsible for leading the entire sales strategy of the ramping and mature cities of the new 99 marketplace;
  • Responsible for efficiently ramping up cities through data and insights that support arguments with partners;
  • Building commercial policies and targeted goals for the sales team; Managing sales targets by tracking the sales pipeline forecast;
  • Developing a methodology for targeting and forecasting to identify partners with the highest potential in each city and evaluate their respective performance;
  • Sales pipeline management with result dashboards;
  • Structuring the sales planning area, leading and guiding the planning team through demand control and prioritization to ensure deadlines are met.
Role Qualifications
  • +5 years of experience with sales planning in fast-paced environments;
  • Bachelor degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
  • Advanced English will be a must;
  • Proficiency knowledge in Excel and SQL.
