Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a leadership professional to drive business growth with brokers and manage a customer service team. You will ensure SLA targets and build strategic relationships with decision-makers, while analyzing credit risk for surety bond and rental guarantee insurance approvals.

The role requires a strong background in insurance products, CRM systems, and pipeline management, with advanced English and a proven leadership track record.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and pipeline management is required.
• Leadership experience in a similar role is essential.
• Experience with surety bond and rental guarantee insurance is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop business in partnership with brokers
