Responsabilidades

• Analyze and structure Surety Bond insurance transactions, considering contracts, tender documents, commercial terms, and client needs.
• Evaluate requests for policy issuance, renewal, endorsement, amendment, and cancellation.
• Analyze documents for risk assessment and classification.
• Negotiate limits, rates, terms, and collateral with insurers.
• Interpret contractual clauses and identify risks and key attention points.
• Support the commercial team in structuring and placing transactions with insurers.
• Monitor issuance, renewals, and other transaction stages to meet deadlines.
• Keep portfolio controls up to date and ensure information/document quality.
• Assist the team with complex transactions and development of technical solutions.
• Monitor regulatory and market changes and contribute to process improvements.
