LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to supervise architectural and fitting-out works on major building projects, ensuring compliance with codes, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves analyzing site progress, maintaining records, and proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.

You will coordinate with project stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and enforce safety and construction standards across complex sites.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Registered Technical Officer (RTO).
• 8 years supervising complex architectural and fitting-out works in major building construction.
• Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) Course.

Job Summary
