AJ+J ARCHITECTURE PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Architect to lead complex architectural projects in Singapore. You will oversee design, ensure client requirements, budgets, and timelines are met, and collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and PMs to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

The role requires strong technical skills in CAD, 3D modelling and a solid track record in project management, with excellent communication and client presentation abilities.

Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in architecture, ideally in a senior or lead role.
• Registered Architect with BOA; practicing certificate is an advantage.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Singapore.
• Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modelling and other industry-standard design tools.
• Proven project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Overseeing the design and development of complex architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgets, and timelines

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
• Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant
• Conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture
• Contributing to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in pitch presentations

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, preferably in a senior or lead role
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA), holding a valid practicing certificate is an advantage
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Singapore
• Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software, 3D modelling, and other industry-standard design tools
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative designs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
