JCVL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced architectural supervisor to lead on-site teams and ensure compliance with codes and quality standards for complex architectural and fitting-out works.

You will resolve on-site issues with strong technical leadership and coordinate with clients and project consultants to maintain project quality and progress.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience as an architectural professional, with at least 5 years supervising similar complexity.
• Experience focused on Roof & Façade, Architectural systems, or Interior Fit-out works.
• Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect architectural and fitting-out works as directed by Client, QP(S) and project consultants to ensure project compliance and quality
• Apply strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate site activities and foster effective team collaboration
• Interpret and enforce statutory codes and requirements related to site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress report submissions
• Utilize technical knowledge and quick decision-making skills to manage and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
• Analyze project conditions and communicate clearly through verbal and written reports to stakeholders

Job Summary

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an architectural professional, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity, particularly in architectural and fitting-out works for major building construction
• Experience focused on Roof & Façade systems, Architectural systems, or Interior Architecture Fit-out works
• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects
