Jobtailor is seeking a process improvement specialist to diagnose, map, and redesign industrial processes. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage daily operations using BPM, Lean, PDCA, 5W2H, and SIPOC methodologies.

You will participate in client meetings to identify opportunities and propose feasible solutions, while structuring and tracking KPIs. Proficiency in BPM, Lean, and PDCA, plus experience with Bizagi/Lucidchart and basic project management knowledge, is required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with knowledge of BPM, Lean, PDCA and 5W2H.
• Experience in process mapping (Bizagi, Lucidchart) and basic knowledge of project management (Scrum, PMBOK).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical, organized, communicative, proactive and results-oriented profile.
