Creative Eateries Pte Ltd in Brazil's Região Norte seeks an experienced Catering Operations Leader to drive service quality and operations across all events. You will coordinate with the operations, sales and kitchen teams to meet client needs and ensure seamless logistics from planning to execution.

Responsibilities include manpower planning, maintaining food and service standards, addressing issues, and cultivating strong client relationships while upholding hygiene requirements and safety

Competenze

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Possess Diploma/GCE 'A' or 'O' Level.
• Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to perform manual tasks and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Possess class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills will be an advantage.
