Job summary

Jbsj Catering is seeking a capable Catering Supervisor to oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, menu presentation, dish labelling, and timely replenishment to ensure quality. You will schedule deliveries, manage inventory and equipment, and coach the operations team while maintaining hygiene standards.

A Class 3 or 4 driving license is required for delivery logistics as a backup driver, and English fluency is essential for coordinating with kitchen staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Background as a Catering Supervisor in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Class 3 or Class 4 driving license for deliveries and backup driver duties.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, to coordinate with kitchen staff and guests.
• Excellent personal presentation with a confident, outgoing personality and strong guest-facing engagement skills.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams effectively during high-intensity events.
