STAFFKING PTE LTD seeks a capable Site Supervisor to consolidate schedules, allocate resources, and support project operations across multiple sites in the environmental services sector.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, efficient resource management, and active participation in digital transformation initiatives within ongoing projects. A degree in engineering or related fields and a valid driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, or equivalent.
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 or 4 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage project work schedules to allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Optimize resource use to boost productivity and reduce wastage across projects; improve workforce competencies.
• Monitor daily operations with technology to track progress; participate in workplace digital transformations.
• Foster clear communication between project and operations; conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety.
• Enforce safety rules; address non-compliance promptly to maintain standards.
• Respond quickly to crises with clear stakeholder communication.
• Maintain composure under pressure and work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Scope:

• Consolidate and manage work schedules for all projects to determine and allocate required manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

• Optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and minimize wastage across projects. Develop and implement strategies to improve manpower retention and enhance workforce competencies and experience.

• Monitor daily operations actively using technology to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Act as a project team member for upcoming workplace digital transformations.

• Facilitate effective communication between project and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows. Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and implement continuous improvements. Manage and enhance departmental safety standards by enforcing compliance with all safety rules and regulations during site operations.

• Take prompt enforcement actions for any safety non-compliance without prejudice. Analyze existing workflows and procedures to develop policies and structures that address operational gaps.

• Take ownership and respond promptly during unexpected crises, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

• Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management as needed.
