Prometeo Talent is seeking a remote bilingual Customer Service Agent in Brazil to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails in two languages. The role focuses on delivery, installation, scheduling, and order support, with proactive outreach when needed. Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week, PJ arrangement, and night shift.

Training and growth opportunities are provided to develop specialized skills. The ideal candidate has prior customer service or call center experience, excellent bilingual

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or call center support.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in two languages.
• Organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, CRM preferred).

Job Description: Monday to Saturday. 44 hours per week. PJ. NIGHT SHIFT.

We are looking for a remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound phone call and email communications in both languages. This role focuses on assisting customers with questions related to delivery, installation, scheduling, and general order support, as well as proactively reaching out to customers when needed.

• - Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails in both languages
• - Make outbound phone calls and send emails to customers for follow-ups, confirmations, and updates

• - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• - Previous experience in customer service or call center support
