Responsibilities include timely responses, appointment coordination, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or call center support.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in two languages.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and emails throughout the day.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced situations.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, CRM).

Bilingual Customer Service Agent MasterPro Porto Alegre, BR

Job Description: Monday to Saturday. 44 hours per week. PJ. NIGHT SHIFT.

We are looking for a remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound phone call and email communications in both languages. This role focuses on assisting customers with questions related to delivery, installation, scheduling, and general order support, as well as proactively reaching out to customers when needed.
