CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Officer to join our team, responsible for the management and maintenance of building facilities. You will supervise contractors, oversee scheduled maintenance, conduct routine inspections, investigate breakdowns, and ensure compliance with guidelines and SOPs.

Starting immediately or on short notice, you must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a 6-day, 44-hour work week.

Qualificações

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• CERT experience preferred.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• 6-day, 44-hour work week.

• Possess Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be preferred.

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

• Willing to work rotating shift (including weekends & Public Holidays).

• Working schedules: 6-days, 44-hrs work week
