CBM Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and service delivery across multiple sites.

You will plan preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, ensure safety compliance and manage contracts and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, cost control skills, and effective stakeholder management. The successful candidate will guide the site team, drive improvements in occupant experience, and prepare operational reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple sites, vendors, maintenance operations, and facilities-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of building Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, statutory compliance, and facilities management best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in budget planning, cost control, contract administration, and vendor performance management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Preferred possess with own vehicle.

• Prepare operational reports, maintenance records and recommendations for service improvements.
• Support emergency preparedness, incident response, sustainability initiatives and improvements to the occupant experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by HOD
