Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement leader to manage end-to-end daily procurement operations in line with governance and approval guidelines. You will lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and performance management, and oversee the full purchasing cycle from evaluation to award.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in procurement, with advantageous experience in manufacturing/oil & gas and SAP/ERP systems, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant procurement experience, including commercial negotiation and project-vendor contract management.
• Experience in manufacturing/oil & gas is advantageous.
• Experience in SAP/ERP system is advantageous.
• Possess leadership experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily procurement operations in line with governance, workflows, and approval guidelines.
• Lead supplier/vendor sourcing, evaluation, and ongoing performance management.
• Oversee the full purchasing cycle — from commercial evaluation and negotiation to contract preparation and award.
• Conduct bid evaluations and negotiate with vendors based on set assessment criteria.
• Support risk assessment and audit processes related to procurement.
• Manage Service Level Agreements covering leases, equipment, logistics, and term contracts.
