Misumi South East Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to lead business‑application development and automation initiatives. You will design, build, and maintain internal apps, integrate systems, and implement RPA and AI solutions to streamline processes.

You will collaborate with regional and HQ DX teams, manage end-to-end projects from discovery to go‑live, and provide ongoing support and training to users.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business application development, automation or digital transformation.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional digital transformation or automation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Department Managers to map end-to-end business processes, identify gaps, and recommend digital transformation initiatives.
• Design, develop and maintain internal business applications, including system integrations, APIs and backend services.
• Build AI-powered and RPA solutions using tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate or UiPath.
• Lead projects end-to-end — from opportunity identification and solution design through POC, UAT, pilot rollout and go-live support.
• Collaborate with Headquarters and regional DX teams to align local initiatives with broader group priorities.
• Provide ongoing application support, root cause analysis, documentation and user training.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field

• Programming experience in Python, Node.js or PHP
• Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures)
• Experience with REST API integration
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath or similar RPA platforms
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder)
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work independently
