Amazon team is looking for Account Managers to join its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Role Overview: A key focus of your role will be promoting and driving adoption of Amazon's pillars, unlocking new avenues for growth. Utilizing your understanding of industry trends and seller pain points, you will identify new business opportunities, such as selection gaps in specific subcategories, and connect this information to inform our overall sales strategy.

Your role as the voice of the seller is crucial - you will escalate feedback to the appropriate teams and collaborate cross-functionally to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools. This is a high-impact position where you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our top-performing sellers. Key job responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  • Work closely with merchants, educating them about Amazon’s standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Recommend suitable shipping solutions to enhance the seller and customer experience.
  • Guide sellers on best practices for improving selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
  • Understand category specifics to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing for tailored advice.
  • Track and report development results, analyze reports, and interpret data for your merchant portfolio.
  • Manage your time effectively to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Apply a strategic, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Drive measurable results to support the growth of the Brazil Marketplace.
