Are you looking for a challenging career in business development? Do you have prior experience and a proven track record of delivering against targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Amazon is seeking a Global Selling Account Manager to join its team based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Your role will primarily focus on new business acquisition (50%) through hunting, specifically via phone/email prospecting of new merchants who can offer a competitive range of products, pricing, and availability on Amazon. Additionally, you will serve as an account manager (50%) for these merchants, helping them launch and grow their businesses by ensuring they understand Amazon’s products, services, systems, and tools. You will also gather feedback from merchants to identify opportunities for improving Amazon’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email.
  2. Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  3. Act as a business partner for new merchants, providing data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
  4. Educate merchants about Amazon’s standards of delivery and customer experience.
  5. Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems for efficient catalog, inventory, and performance management.
  6. Understand specific category trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor your approach.
  7. Track, report, analyze, and interpret business development results for your merchant portfolio.
  8. Manage your time effectively to achieve KPIs in a target-driven environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in English.
