Job Title: Global Selling Account Manager

Are you seeking a challenging career in business development? Do you have prior experience with a proven track record in achieving targets in a fast-paced environment? Amazon is hiring Global Selling Account Managers for its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Your role will focus on:

  1. Contributing to new business acquisition (50%) through prospecting new merchants via phone and email, aiming to bring a diverse range of products, pricing, and availability to Amazon.
  2. Managing existing merchant accounts (50%) by assisting them in launching and growing their businesses on Amazon, ensuring they understand Amazon’s products, services, systems, and tools.
  3. Using merchant feedback to identify opportunities for improving Amazon’s offerings, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants through phone or email.
  • Manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Partner with new merchants, providing data-driven insights to optimize their success.
  • Educate merchants about Amazon’s standards for delivery and customer experience.
  • Assist merchants in mastering Amazon's tools and systems for efficient catalog, inventory, and performance management.
  • Analyze category-specific trends, seasonal items, and pricing to tailor your approach.
  • Track, report, and interpret business development results for your merchant portfolio.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to achieve KPIs in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic Qualifications
    • At least 1 year of sales experience.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Fluent in English.
