Job Title: Global Selling Account Manager

Are you seeking a challenging career in business development? Do you have prior experience with a proven track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced environment? Amazon is hiring Global Selling Account Managers for its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Role Overview

Your role will focus on:

  1. Business Acquisition (50%): Hunting for new merchants through phone and email prospecting, bringing their products, pricing, and availability to Amazon.
  2. Account Management (50%): Assisting merchants in launching and growing their Amazon business by educating them on Amazon’s products, services, systems, and tools.
  3. Using merchant feedback to identify opportunities for improving Amazon’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email.
  • Manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Partner with new merchants, providing data-driven insights to optimize their success.
  • Educate merchants about Amazon’s standards for Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Help merchants master Amazon's tools and systems for catalog, inventory, and performance management.
  • Understand category specifics to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing for tailored advice.
  • Track, report, and analyze business development results for your merchant portfolio.
  • Prioritize time effectively in a KPI-driven environment to achieve targets.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English.
