Descrição da oferta de emprego

Responsibilities (Text Only)
  1. Account Management: Anticipates moves within assigned accounts, identifies potential problems, and develops mitigation strategies. Prioritizes actions based on customer needs, sales importance, growth opportunities, and risks. Collaborates with the team to adjust strategies and re-prioritize as needed.
    • Develops strategic account plans, setting standards, priorities, and resource investments.
    • Builds and expands networks with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of account strategies.
    • Ensures documentation of account plans and drives accountability for revenue targets.
  2. Customer Engagement: Builds relationships with key decision makers at various levels within customer organizations. Uses consultative approaches to demonstrate value, deepen relationships, and foster trust.
    • Develops a thorough understanding of customer business and technology needs.
    • Identifies opportunities for new business, solutions, and technology optimizations.
    • Leads strategic technology direction and digital transformation initiatives.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Maintains strong knowledge of Microsoft's products, solutions, and industry strategies relevant to assigned accounts. Coordinates with industry experts to gather data and improve planning.
  4. Sales Excellence: Leads virtual teams and stakeholders to expand relationships and meet sales objectives.
    • Documents stakeholder maps and leverages feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Develops and presents value propositions and business plans to generate opportunities.
    • Engages stakeholders to promote solutions and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications (Text Only)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or relevant role, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
  • 3+ years of account management experience or equivalent.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Account Executive or relevant role.
