Qualificações

Clara is the leading spend management platform for companies in Latin America, offering locally-issued corporate cards, bill pay, and a highly-rated software platform used by thousands of successful companies across the region.

We are seeking a highly driven Account Executive (AE) to join our commercial team in São Paulo. The role focuses on acquiring mid-sized to enterprise clients (100+ employees) using our freemium model to promote adoption and cross-sell financial services (Conta + Card).

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, especially in fast-paced environments with complex, high-volume sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and grow a large pipeline of B2B opportunities using Hubspot CRM or similar, maintaining deal stages and forecasts. Conduct research on target accounts to prioritize outbound strategies and develop tailored outreach for segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise).
  2. Build and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts by segment.
  3. Monitor and optimize performance against KPIs such as DSLA, Meetings per week, Activities per opportunity, and deal qualification via BANT methodology.
  4. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Control Desk teams to align internal processes and support deal closure.
  5. Consistently exceed goals in Total Payment Volume (TPV), Credit Line Amount Activated, and New Customers Acquired.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven track record managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience with inbound (high-volume) and outbound (cold prospecting) sales models.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proficient with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Salesloft, Scriabin, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Insights.
  • Skilled in outbound methods: cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach, video messaging, and warm referrals.
  • Proficiency in English (preferred). Experience selling to companies with 100+ employees is a strong plus.
