A Resident DJ will be responsible for curating and delivering high-quality music sets that align with brand identity, audience preferences, and event themes.

As a Resident DJ, you will perform live DJ sets during scheduled nights, special events, and theme parties. Your responsibilities include:

• Curating diverse playlists tailored to the audience and event type to maintain a high energy and engaging atmosphere.
• Reading the crowd and adjusting music accordingly to sustain optimal energy levels.
• Collaborating with the marketing and events team to align music programming with promotions and themed nights.
• Maintaining and operating DJ equipment, ensuring all gear is in top condition.
• Staying updated with music trends and genres to bring fresh sounds to the venue.
• Interacting professionally with guests, taking music requests when appropriate, and creating a positive, memorable experience.
• Assisting in setting up sound equipment and ensuring proper audio levels during performances.
• Following venue guidelines, including volume levels, brand voice, and code of conduct.
• Occasionally representing the brand at external events or collaborations.

What are we looking for?

A Resident DJ serving Hilton brands is expected to work on behalf of our guests and collaborate with team members. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Proven experience as a DJ in nightlife, hotel, resort, or entertainment settings.
• Deep knowledge of multiple music genres (e.g., electronic, house, hip-hop, R&B, pop).
• Ability to read and adapt to different crowds and atmospheres.
• Proficiency with industry-standard DJ software and hardware (e.g., Serato, Rekordbox, Pioneer CDJs).
• Strong stage presence and confidence in engaging with audiences.
• Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
