Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service management; experience with key accounts or high-value customers.
• Bachelor's degree in business or communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop key accounts and grow market share.
• Achieve sales targets set by the department.
• Educate customers on product usage and features.
• Maintain VIP accounts invoices, credit limits, retention, and churn reports.
• Update and maintain customer details and profiles.
• Resolve technical difficulties for customers.
• Communicate regularly with clients to track changing tastes and preferences.
• Coordinate with Customer Marketing to align campaigns for VIP accounts.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
