Qualifications

• Proven experience in a CRM, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong proficiency in using CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A customer-centric mindset with a strong ability to solve problems effectively.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain customer data within our CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
• Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for service improvement and business development.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to customer engagement.
• Generate regular reports on CRM activities, customer interactions, and key performance metrics.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and to gather valuable feedback.
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition.
