Job summary

Zain Bahrain is seeking a Signature Key Account Manager to represent the business to its valued clients and build strong relationships, focusing on understanding client needs, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities to grow VIP accounts.

You will educate customers on product usage, manage data, coordinate with marketing, and ensure a superior client experience across all touchpoints. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in customer service management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or communication.
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service management, preferably with key or high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop key accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Educate customers on product usage and features.
• Maintain and update customer profiles with accurate data.
• Manage VIP invoices, credit limits, retention and churn reporting.
• Coordinate with Customer Marketing for campaigns within VIP accounts.
• Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
