Job summary

Zain in Bahrain seeks an experienced Manager of CVM & Retention to drive customer lifecycle strategies, design targeted retention programs, and collaborate with Sales, Technology and Customer Care to maximize revenue and loyalty.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop dashboards, and mentor CVM staff while delivering ROI-focused campaigns and innovative analytics-based improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in telecom or related fields with CVM/retention focus.
• Strong ability to segment customers and tailor retention programs.
• Proven track record in reducing churn and increasing ARPU.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data, usage and behavior to identify CLV opportunities.
• Develop and refine segmentation for retention, upsell and cross-sell.
• Monitor churn trends and provide proactive insights to minimize attrition.
