Job summary

ksafreejob in Bahrain is seeking a Sales Engineer specialized in Electrical and Instrumentation products to support business development, manage customer relationships, prepare proposals and tenders, and hit sales targets across industrial and commercial markets.

The candidate will identify new opportunities, organize visits, deliver product presentations, coordinate prequalification, and prepare technical and commercial documentation, quotations, and reports.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Control products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports, documentation, presentations, and correspondence.
• Knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation products and automation control systems.
• GCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, reports, quotations, tender documents, and other sales-related documentation.
• Conduct periodic customer visits and provide client support.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities.
• Organize sales visits and develop business across industrial and commercial sectors.
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Support product and service prequalification with customers.
• Maintain regular customer engagement to generate relevant enquiries.
• Lead sales activities for assigned products, accessories, and related services.
• Prepare pre-sales and post-sales reports.
• Deliver product presentations and recommend suitable replacement solutions.
