Job summary
Bin Hindi Group is seeking a Sales Engineer in Bahrain to drive growth by promoting technical product solutions and managing client relationships. The role combines technical understanding with commercial acumen to develop proposals and secure project opportunities.
The candidate will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project execution, while building long-term partnerships with customers.
Qualifications
- B.Sc./B.Tech in Electronics/Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in B2B sales and solution-based selling is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to divisional revenue and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals quotations and tender submissions.
- Provide technical consultations product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations technical information and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
- Prepare and process project-related documents including job orders and purchase requests.
