Job summary

Bin Hindi Motors (KIA) - SP seeks an Assistant Manager/Supervisor for Spare Parts Inventory & Procurement. You will supervise inventory control, manage procurement, analyze stock movement, and coordinate with suppliers and service teams to ensure optimum availability and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5–7 years in spare-parts inventory/procurement, knowledge of catalogues, dealer systems, or ERP, and strong analytical and leadership skills in a automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Spare Parts Procurement: supervise complete spare-parts ordering, prepare stock orders, coordinate with departments and principals, ensure timely processing of POs.
• Inventory Control & Optimization: monitor inventory levels, analyze fast/slow-moving stock, reduce stock-outs and excess stock.
• Parts Identification & Technical Accuracy: identify part numbers and specs using catalogues and dealer systems.
• Supplier Management: support supplier selection and performance evaluation; monitor lead times and delivery.
• Inventory Accuracy & Systems: verify records against physical stock and maintain master data.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare inventory and procurement reports and highlight risks.
• Other Responsibilities: maintain confidentiality and comply with procedures.
