Job summary

Bin Hindi Motors (KIA) - LV is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to manage end-to-end vehicle deliveries, ensuring prep, handover, and documentation are complete and accurate. You will coordinate with Sales, PDI, workshop, and external parties to meet customer requirements and maintain records.

The role emphasizes strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple departments to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, automotive or related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years in vehicle delivery, automotive sales support or customer service.
• Experience in automotive dealership environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery, from prep to handover to customers.
• Verify documentation, delivery requirements, and vehicle details.
• Explain features, warranties, and provide manuals at handover.
• Coordinate with Registration & Insurance and related portals.
• Maintain records of deliveries and ensure compliance with policies.
• Liaise with Sales, Accounts, PDI, Workshop, and external parties.
• Prepare reports on delivery and post-delivery activities.
• Support ongoing customer relationships and follow-up.
