RP International seeks a Managed Services Sales Engagement SME based in Bahrain to drive business development and sales engagements for Middle East MS projects. The role involves consultative selling, shaping deals, and mentoring MS staff across regions.

You will interact with C-level clients, design MS solutions (technical and commercial), and support proposals, bids, and contracts while building strong relationships with operators and vendors in the Middle East.

Competenze

• University degree or above, MBA preferred.

Mansioni

• Collect and analyze customer needs and Opex information to identify MS sales opportunities.
• Lead and/or support C-level customer communications to execute selling strategies in the Middle East.
• Support MS project engagements: deal shaping, solution architecture, proposals, bids, business case, and negotiation.
• Advise MS solution team on developing viable business cases and client values.
• Build and leverage high level customer relationships to facilitate MS sales engagements.
• Mentor and coach MS sales staff across regions.
• Compile project experiences, conduct training, and share knowledge.
• Perform other duties as needed.
