Job summary

RapidFix Services in Isa Town, Bahrain, is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and drive revenue growth. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to reach targets, coach the team, and monitor performance.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, conducting market research, creating compelling proposals, and collaborating with marketing, finance and operations to deliver projects. English fluency is required (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed their individual sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Create effective sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products/services.
