Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a Paymaster to oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across the hotel.

You will ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, maintain payroll records, and provide excellent internal service to employees.

The ideal candidate has payroll, finance, or accounting experience and is proficient in Excel; familiarity with Bayan and OnTrack is preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience in payroll, paymaster, finance, or accounting roles.
• Good understanding of payroll regulations and accounting principles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
• Maintain employee payroll records.
• Deductions, allowances, and benefits processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance on payroll-related matters.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentially.
• Support audits and maintain payroll documentation.
• Utilize payroll and HR systems to ensure data integrity and efficient processing.
