Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a Paymaster to oversee monthly payroll processing, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations across the hotel.

You will collaborate with Human Resources and Finance, manage records and reports, handle confidential inquiries, and support audits, using Bayan, OnTrack, Excel, and related payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a payroll, paymaster, finance, or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of Bayan and OnTrack systems is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of payroll regulations and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
• Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, allowances, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and payroll procedures.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentially.
• Support audits and ensure payroll documentation is maintained accurately.
• Utilize payroll and HR systems to ensure data integrity and efficient processing.
