Job summary

Euro Motors is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team in Bahrain. You will manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, while maintaining up-to-date records and compliance with local laws.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance to deliver timely payroll reports, respond to inquiries, and support annual payroll audits. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 0–2 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of payroll administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, tax forms, and salary changes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
• Assist in annual payroll audits and reporting.
