Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant's operations, guest experiences, and financial performance. You will drive service excellence, manage a luxury dining team, and partner with culinary leadership to deliver exceptional brand standards.

You will oversee guest interactions, ensure compliance with safety standards, and continuously enhance guest journeys while steering cost controls and revenue opportunities in a premium resort

Qualifications

Previous experience as Restaurant Manager in luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant.
Strong knowledge of premium dining operations and luxury guest service standards.
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery.
Create warm, personalized, and memorable dining experiences for guests.
Maintain service standards aligned with Banyan Tree luxury hospitality expectations."
Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and performance development.
